Heaviside In Semi Finals of ALBS
As many of you have probably heard, Heaviside was eliminated from Alberta’s Last Band Standing Competition after Round 2. We were a little bummed cuz we felt we definitely have what it takes to make it a lot further in this competition, and apparently we weren’t the only ones who thought that.
We were invited to come back and compete in Round 3 of ALBS in a special Wild Card Round of the best 6 bands that had been eliminated so far. These 6 bands battled it out and the band that took first place that night would get a guaranteed spot in the semi-finals putting them in the top 6 of the competition.
Well in case you haven’t guessed it yet, Heaviside was the band that won the wild card round and we are now going to be competing in the final 6 bands for $50,000.00! Thanks to everyone who came out to support us and to all of the amazing Heaviside fans out there. You guys always a constant support.
