UPDATE: ALBS Semi Finals

This just in!

Heaviside’s performance in the semi finals of Alberta’s Last Band Standing competition is actually on THURSDAY JUNE 17th, not the 15th as previously mentioned.  The event organizers had some mix ups in their scheduling and communication with the bands so we just found out.

We’d like to thank all of our fans for the continuous support that has taken Heaviside all the way to the top 10  from an original group of 72 of Alberta’s finest bands! On Thursday we will be competing against 4 other bands, the top two will move on the the finals round where the final 4 bands in the competition battle it out for a prize worth $50,000.00 consisting of cash, endorsements, studio time, tour dates, radio play, merchandise… the list goes on.

Come out and support Heaviside this Thursday at the Taphouse in St. Albert. To say thank you to all of our dedicated fans for the never ending support this competition the band will buy all of you a pint!
