2012 Update
So far 2012 has started off with a BANG!
We’d like to thank our new rocker friends Mammoth Grove from Calgary and local boys Big City Supreme for helping rock the roof off of Brixx this past weekend. Be sure to check these guys out if you haven’t already.
And of course a big thank you to all of out fans who came out and helped us try to drink the bar dry. It was a valiant effort put forth, and I’m sure we’ll accomplish the task next time. Also it was very clear from the sea of red shirts that many of you found your way over to our merch booth and picked up one of our new shirts. For those that didn’t, you’ll just have to make ‘er out to another gig so you can pick yours up. Don’t worry, we have one put aside for you; just head to the merch booth and ask 😉
As for opportunities to rock out with us, we have a few more dates for you all before we disappear into the studio for a few months.
- Wednesday, January 18th we will be busting out our acoustic guitars at Hooliganz Pub for a different side of Heaviside you may not be familiar with. Come check it out if your curious what we sound like without distortion pedals and big amps.
- Saturday, February 18th will be our last show before we hit the studio. We’re bringing up some amazing fellow rockers from down south to help give you all a night you won’t soon forget so book that day off right now and stay tuned for more details on that.
After that you won’t see us for awhile live… however we will be sharing video blogs, previews of songs and photos while we’re in the studio laying down some new tunes for you all to enjoy, so be sure to sign up to our fan club if you haven’t already to stay up to date with all the happenings of Heaviside.
